Implementation of the Lumerit Scholar program is simple, will come at no additional cost to your organization, and will work with your existing T.A.P. provider and policies.
We will introduce Lumerit Scholar program to employees via e-mails, webinars, and internal and external web pages.
Employees Opt-In to engaging with our Central Registrar's Office to build a customized degree plan.
Through the discovery process with the Central Registrar's office, employees will create a forward looking degree plan that takes into account their T.A.P., schedule, and budget.
Employees enter the Global Digital Classroom where they us their tuition assistance dollars to register for courses.
